Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
TipMusic is a digital platform that enables users to provide voluntary monetary tips to musicians and performers and, where available, submit performance-related requests (for example, song requests). Availability and acceptance of any request is determined solely by the performer.
3. Accounts
Some features require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
4. Payments, Currency Display and Settlement
Payments are processed electronically through authorized payment service providers.
Important: Amounts may be displayed in the App in euros (EUR) for informational purposes only. All transactions are charged and settled exclusively in Serbian dinars (RSD). The final RSD amount may depend on the exchange rate and payment provider processing rules at the time of purchase.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments made through the App are final and non-refundable, including tips and any requests, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Performer Responsibility
The Service Provider does not guarantee that any performer will accept or fulfill any request. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, quality, or outcome of any performance or request fulfilled by performers.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:
- using the App for unlawful purposes;
- harassing or abusing other users or performers;
- attempting to circumvent payment mechanisms or security measures;
- interfering with the technical operation of the App.
8. Suspension and Termination
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in unlawful behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be made available in the App and you may be required to accept the updated Terms to continue using the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
