If you need help with the TipMusic mobile app (tips, song/video requests, payments, account access), contact our support team:

Please include your account email (or phone), device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.
In-app support
You can also reach us from within the app via the Support screen.
Account deletion
Account deletion is available directly in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered email address and we will assist you.
